Shipping Your parcel will either be sent via courier or Australia Post depending on your location. Charges for shipping is determined by weight and postcode. Once you have placed all your items into the shopping cart, shipping costs will be displayed Pick up is also available from Gumdale, Brisbane. This option is available at check out. International Orders Yes we ship internationally, however our shopping cart is not set up to calculate shipping internationally. Please email us at orders@sharneldollardesigns.com.au to obtain a quote for shipping prior to placing an order.
Payment We accept bank deposit and paypal. Packaging We use recycled boxes for shipping where possible. This means your order may come packaged in a recycled box. Returns and Breakages In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged please advise us in writing within 2 days, including a photograph of the damaged item. |
